Worcestershire County Council (Bromsgrove District)(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2019 [Prohibition of Waiting on Frankley Green Lane, Frankley]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and sides of road in Frankley:-

Frankley Green Lane (both sides) from itsjunction with Ravenhayes Lane/Frankley Hill Lane for a distance of 18.8 metres in a westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

On 10 October 2019 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Bromsgrove: -

Drummond Road (west side) from a point 10 metres north of itsjunction with Rigby Lane for a distance of 114 metres in a norther direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptionstoallowparking/accessforcertain purposesandlimitedwaiting by disabled persons vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 31 October 2019.

(Slideslow Avenue, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Proposed Order: to close that part of Slideslow Avenue from its junction with Junction with U21335 East Road to its junction with Junction with U21325 Fordhouse Road

Reason: Footway Reconstruction Works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Fordhouse Road, A448 Stratford Road, West Road, North Road, East Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 23 days Commencing: 18 November 2019.

(Footpath F20640 Linking to Manor Court Road, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019

Proposed Order: to close that part of Footpath F20640 linking to Manor Court Road from its junction with U21093 Manor Court Road to itsjunction with B4091 Worcester Road.

Reason: Footway Reconstruction Works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternativeroute:U21093 ManorCourtRoad,C2164CharfordRoad,B4091 Worcester Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 22 days. Commencing: 15 November 2019.

(U22203 Pumphouse Lane, Bentley Pauncefoot)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Proposed Order: to close that part of U22203 Pumphouse Lane from its junction with C2060 Church Road for a distance of 550 metres in a south westerly direction. Reason: Duct Clearance

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2060 Church Road, C2060 Crumpfields Lane, U30000 Crumpfields Lane, U30000 Norgrove Lane, C2079 Sillens Lane, U22205 Bentley Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 11 days Commencing: 18 November 2019.

(Hillview Road, Rubery)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019

Order Made: to close that part of Hillview Road from its junction with Barrington

Road to its junction with Rea Avenue.

Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Barrington Road, Richmond Road, Callowbrook Lane, C2057 Callowbrook Lane, Windmill Avenue, WaseleyRoad and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 14 Days Commencing:

30 October 2019.

(C2045 Stoke Pound Lane, Stoke Prior)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Order made: to close that part of C2045 Stoke Pound Lane from its junction with C2045 CopyholtLane to its junction with C2179 Whitford Bridge Road. Reason: Overhead Barden Networks.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Sugarbrook Lane, Fish House Lane, B4091 Hanbury Lane, C2045 Stoke Pound Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing:

28 October 2019.

(C2151 Fiery Hill Road, BarntGreen)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Order made: to close that part of C2151 Fiery Hill Road from its junction with Oakdene Drive to its junction with CherryHill Avenue (Private Road). Reason: New Customer Water Connection.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2151 Fiery Hill Road, Twatling Road, Cherry Hill Road, B4120 Kendal End Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing:

28 October 2019.

(Woodlands Road, Rubery) (Temporary Closure) Order 2018

Proposed Order: to close that part of Woodlands Road from its junction with Gunner

Lane to its junction with Hillview Road.

Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises frontingthe highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Gunner Lane, Barrington Road, Hillview Road, and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 14 days Commencing:
