Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary the premises licence at Co-op Late Shop, Bolton Road, Adlington, Chorley PR6 9NA with regard to changes to the layout, resulting in an increase in the licensed area. Shelves, units and tills will be removed, relocated and replaced. In all other respects, the Licence remains the same. Anyone wishing to make a representation to the application may do so in writing to Licensing Authority, Chorley Council, Civic Offices, Union Street, Chorley, Lancashire PR7 1AL or www.chorley.gov.uk by 15 November 2019. A record of the application is kept on a register at the address above and may be inspected during opening hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
