NOTICE OF PREMISE LICENCE APPLICATION
16th October 2019 A L Trading (UK) Limited of Whitehall Rd East, Birkenshaw, BD11 2EQ hereby give notice that they have applied to Kirklees Council, Civic Centre 3, Market Street, Huddersfield, HD1 2EY www.kirklees.gov.uk for a Premise License in respect of Whitehall Mills, Whitehall Rd East, Birkenshaw BD11 2EQ. The proposed application is for supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 17:30 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00 plus extended hours for seasonal and event purposes. Any person wishing to object to the application must do so in writing within 28 Days from the date of this notice, stating the reasons for the objection AND forwarding it to the Licensing Section at Kirklees Council at the above address. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application AND the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
