DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
FOOTPATH 8, NEASHAM
 (TEMPORARY CLOSURE), ORDER 2019

Darlington Borough Council made an Order on 23rd April 2019 under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which was to close:

FOOTPATH 8, NEASHAM 
From its junction with Bridleway 1 Neasham eastwards for 165metres

The Order is necessary to enable construction works.
An alternative route is signed via Bridleway 1, Neasham and a permissive footpath.

As the works are still ongoing the Secretary of State for Transport has granted an extension of the Order until 23rd February 2020 or until such time as the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
