E Haul Ltd trading as Haulier Group Tilbury, of Merrydale Works, Linford Road, Grays, RM16 4LQ is applying to change an existing licence as follows: To remove the following condition or undertakings which reads: The Operating Centre is defined as that part of the site (South East Corner) which is marked " Parking Area" on the plan agreed by the Traffic Commissioner and vehicles and trailers will all times be kept when not in actual use within the operating centre as defined and not on any other part of the site.

Owners or occupiers of land (including buildings) near the operating centre(s) who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds LS9 6NF stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.

 Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
