TRAFFIC ORDERS
Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 16 August 2019 Swindon Borough Council made the following Orders under the relevant sections of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be:
Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2017 (Variation No. 25) 2019 and The Swindon Borough Council (Bus Lanes, Bus Gates and Bus Only Roads) Order 2019 Amendment

Revocation of the 'no waiting at anytime' on the west side of Cricklade Road and the bus lane on the north-bound carriageway between the junctions with Poplar Avenue and Menham Close
Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2017 (Variation No. 15) Order 2019
Introduction of 'no waiting at anytime' restriction along Firethorn Close.
Extension Of The 30mph Restricted Road Status On B4000 Shrivenham Road, Highworth
Extend the 30mph restricted road status on the B4000 Shrivenham Road from the junction of the A361 Swindon Road for a further 107 metres.

If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within 6 weeks from 16 October 2019 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
