NOTICE is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council proposes to make the following Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (Rudheath North) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2020
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 20 mph speed limit on the following lengths of road:
Rudheath North
- Royle Street - From its junction with Middlewich Road for its full extents

- Siddall Street - From its junction with Royle Street to its junction with Alan Street

- Alan Street - From its junction with Royle Street to its junction with Slade Street

- Slade Street - From its junction with Owen Street for its full Extents

- Owen Street - From its junction with Middlewich Road to its junction with Siddall Street

- Norbury Street - From its junction with Royle Street to its junction with Owen Street

- William Street - From its junction with Royle Street to its junction with Alan Street

- Salkeld Street - From its junction with Royle Street to its junction with Alan Street

- Pullman Drive - From its junction with Middlewich Road for its full extents

- Worthing Street - From its junction with Middlewich Road to its junction with Dean Street

- Dean Street - From its junction with Middlewich Road for its full extents

- Bowden Drive - From its junction with Dean Street for its full extents

- Verdin Street - From its junction with Middlewich Road for its full extents

- James Street - From its junction with Middlewich Road for its full extents

- Edward Street - From its junction with James Street for its full extents

- Liverpool Street - From its junction with James Street for its full extents

- Birkenhead Street - From its junction with James Street for its full extents

- Stanley Street - From its junction with Middlewich Road to its junction with Edward Street

- The One Stop Shop, Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council, Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford, Cheshire CW7 1AH;

- Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council's Information Centre at 1 The Arcade, Northwich CW9 5AS.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order, or to any provisions contained in it, you may do so in writing specifying the grounds on which it is made, to the undersigned quoting ref TRO 2603 by Friday 15th November 2019.
