CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER
NOTICE Is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council proposes to make the following Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (School Green, Winsford) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2020
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 20 mph speed limit on the following lengths of road:
School Green Winsford
- Redshank Avenue - from its junction with Darnhall School Lane for its full extents

- Curlew Close - from its junction with Redshank Avenue for its full extents

- Lapwing Close - from its junction with Redshank Avenue for its full extents

- St Chads Field - from its junction with Swanlow Drive for its full extents

- Petrel Close - from its junction with Plover Avenue for its full extents

- Vicarage Grove - from its junction with Swanlow Drive for its full extents

- Minster Close - from its junction with Vicarage Grove for its full extents

- Abbey Close - from its junction with Vicarage Grove for its full extents

- Pochard Avenue - from its junction with Swanlow Drive for its full extents

- Pintail Place - from its junction with Pochard Avenue for its full extents

- Hanover Drive - from its junction with Swanlow Drive to its junction with York Drive

- York Drive - for its full extents

- Osprey Avenue - from its junction with Swanlow Avenue for its full extents

- Kestrel Close - from its junction with Osprey Avenue for its full extents

- Peregrine Close - from its junction with Swanlow Avenue for its full extents

- Pheasant Way - from its junction with Swanlow Avenue for its full extents

- Partridge Close - from its junction with Pheasant Way for its full extents

- Ptarmigan Place - from its junction with Pheasant Way for its full extents

- Plover Avenue - from its junction with Moors Lane for its full extents

- Chaffinch Way - from its junction with Swanlow Drive for its full extents

- Falcon Close - from its junction with Chaffinch Road for its full extents

- Swallow Court - from its junction with Chaffinch Road for its full extents

- Mallard Way - from its junction with Swanlow Drive for its full extents

- Teal Close - from its junction with Mallard Way for its full extents

- Heron Close - from its junction with Mallard Way for its full extents

- Avocet Drive - from its junction with Mallard Way for its full extents

- Lancaster Close - from its junction with York Drive for its full extents

- Plantagenet Close - from its junction with York Drive to its junction with York Drive

- Norman Drive - from its junction with Swanlow Drive for its full extents

- Stuart Close - from its junction with Norman Drive for its full extents

- Tudor Close - from its junction with Norman Drive for its full extents

- Windsor Drive - from its junction with St Chads Field for its full extents

- Peacock Avenue - from its junction with Darnhall School Lane for its full extents

Full details of the proposals are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the extent of the proposal may be examined during the usual office hours at the following locations:-
- Winsford Area Highways Office, Phoenix House, Clough Road, Winsford, CW7 4BD;

- The One Stop Shop, Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council, Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford, Cheshire CW7 1AH;

- Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council's Information Centre at 1 The Arcade, Northwich CW9 5AS.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order, or to any provisions contained in it, you may do so in writing specifying the grounds on which it is made, to the undersigned quoting ref TRO 2606 by Friday 15* November 2019.
