TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at Site bounded by St Andrews Drive, Shields Road, Maxwell Drive, St Johns Road and St Johns Quadrant in the Pollokshields area of Glasgow for Major residential development and associated roads, footpaths, parking and landscaping. The proposed development is intended to deliver Phases 2 & 3 of the St Andrews Drive Masterplan. Phase 2 will compromise of approximately 72 dwellings and Phase 3 will comprise of approximately 48 dwellings.

A public meeting will be held at St Alberts Primary School, 36 Maxwell Drive, Glasgow G41 5DU on 29/10/2019 from 4pm to 7.30pm.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 12/11/2019 to jm architects, on the day of the public exhibition, by completing the consultation comments sheet. After the public exhibition date comments can be returned by e-mail to glasgow@jmarchitects.net or by post to jm architects, 50 Bell Street, Glasgow, G1 1LQ.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
