Application for the approval of reserved matters relating to (a) access, (b) appearance, (c) landscaping, (d) layout, and (e) scale in relation to the development of Unit 1 following approval of 19/0401/OUT for the demolition of existing buildings and erection of new employment units for flexible use within Use Classes B1 (c) (light industry), B2 (general industrial) and B8 (storage and distribution), including ancillary offices and open air storage, plus alterations to and creation of new accesses from the highway; provision of car parking, service yards and external plant; means of enclosure, acoustic screens, landscaping and lighting. Reason: Major Development.
19/1252/FUL/PHA& 19/1253/LBC/PHA: 1 Green Dragon Bam, St Albans Road, Barnet, EN5 4RE. Retention of single storey outbuilding as detached 1 bed dwelling. (Retrospective Application). Reason: Listed Building in the Green Belt & Application for Listed Building consent.
19/1509/FUL/KH: Southridge Animal Centre, Packhorse Lane, Ridge, EN6 3LZ. Erection of 2 x portal steel framed pig pen buildings with concrete yard area to each front. Reason: Green Belt.
19/1548/CLE/PHA: White Cottage, Mimms Lane, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9AP. Erection of single storey dwelling and stable building. Certificate of Lawful Development (Existing). Reason: Green Belt.
19/1602/HSE/LG: Seymour House, Barnet Lane, Elstree, WD6 3RH. Conversion of loft to habitable room with two rear dormers and part single, part two storey rear extension. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
