Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: LCR82301 Bishops Meadow Cycleway, Temporary Cycleway Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the LCR82301 Bishops Meadow Cycleway, Hereford, between St Martins Street and N.o 1 Wye View Villas, approximately 20m. Grid Ref: 350826 / 239557. The alternative diversion for these works is St Martins Street onto Wye Street.
The said closure is required due to urgent bridleway/cycleway reconstruction works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 18th of October 2019 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State).
