Wareham Golf Club LTD has applied to Dorset Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17* (if new premises)/ of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Wareham Golf Club, Sandford Road, Wareham, Dorset. BH20 4DH and propose to carry on the following activities:-Sale of Alcohol, and an exhibition of a film; and a performance of live music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or any playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or late night refreshment. Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 10th October - 8th November 2019
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
