APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT.
MAJOR DEVELOPMENT - PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF LAND.
I GIVE NOTICE THAT Ecotricity Group Limited has applied for revised planning permission to Stroud District Council Gloucestershire for an: Amendment to outline planning application in respect of Land at M5 Junction 13 West of Storehouse, Eastington, Gloucestershire. Development comprises a 5,000 capacity football stadium and other ancillary uses (Use Class D2); one full-sized grass pitch, one full-sized all-weather pitch and a goal practice area (Use Class D2); parking for cars and coaches and highways improvements to A419 including a signalised site junction and combined cycle/footway. All matters are reserved save for access.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Application Reference S.19/1418/OUT - revised documents received on 3 & 4 October 2019.
Submission of Further Environmental Information comprising Nailsworth Viability Assessment, noise clarifications, landscape strategy with indicative landscape masterplan.
