Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U71413, Trolway Road, Garway, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U71413, Trolway Road, Garway, between Quab Cottage and the junction of the C1239. Grid Ref: 346714/222732. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the U71413 onto the U71414, onto the C1236, onto the U71405, onto the C1239 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to new water main installation works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 29th of October 2019 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 14 days.
