Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C10S5, Stoke Prior, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1055, Stoke Prior, from The Wain House to the junction with Tick Bridge Lane. Grid Ref: 352667/258129 to 352617/258322. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via C1055 on to Tick Bridge Lane and onto A44 and vice versa.
The said closure is required due to mains repair works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 30th of October 2019 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
