We, The Winchester Orangery hereby give notice that we have applied on 8/10/2019 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence Variation to our opening hours to 12 pm on Monday to Saturday for the premises known as: The Winchester Orangery, 11 The Square, Winchester, (Post Code) S023 9ES The application is for Sale of Alcohol Late Night Refreshment
We are extending our opening hours from 2300 hours to 12pm / 2400 Hours from Monday to Saturday.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester S023 9U, to arrive by 7/11/2019; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
