Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpath HG-502, Hinton on the Green, Evesham) (Temporary Closure Order) 2019
Order made: to close Footpath HG-502, Hinton on the Green, Evesham for its entire length.
The Order is being made to facilitate construction works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Footpath EV-552, A4184 Cheltenham Road, Bridleway EV-553, Footpaths EV-556, EV-564, EV-565, EV-567, HG-500, HG-507, and vice versa.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whicheveristheearlier.However,itisanticipatedthat the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 22 October 2019.
(C2022 Broad Lane to Rous Lench, South Lenches) (Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Order made: to close that part of Broad Lane to Rous Lench from itsjunction with C2022 Hill Furze Road for adistance of60metresin aeasterlydirection. Reason: PRT: Trial hole investigations to sunken area of carriageway.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2022 Broad Lane to Rous Lench, C2022 The Green, C2011 RadfordRoad, C2010 Alcester Road, C2012 Abberton Lane, C2012 Abberton Road, C2012 Main Street, C2022 Broad Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 21 October 2019.
(Front Street, Pebworth) (Temporary Closure) Order 2019
Proposed Order: to close that part of Front Street from its junction with C2114 Back Lane to its junction with C2114 Chapel Lane. Reason: New/Replacement Water Main. Exemptions:to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2114 School Road, C2114 Back Lane, and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 19 days Commencing: 11 November 2019.
