Notice is hereby given that St Austell Brewery Company Limited has applied in respect of the Rock Point Inn, 1-2 Broad Street, Lyme Regis, DT7 3QD for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: The sale of alcohol and recorded music from 10:00h until 00:00h every day. To allow thirty minutes drinking up time following the last permitted sale of alcohol. Late night refreshment from 23:OOh until OO:OOh every day. For all the above, for New Year's Eve from I0:00h until 0l:00h the following morning. Residents and bona fide guests to be permitted permission for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises only 24 hours a day and late night refreshment between 23:00h and 05:00h the following morning. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 8th November 2019, via email licensingteamb@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or to Dorset Council Licensing at South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester DT1 1UZ, where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours. It is an offence to knowlingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
