Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence Christopher Song has given to Warrington Borough Council an application for the grant of a Premises Licence for TAO Unit 1 Baldwin’s Terrace, 9 Padgate lane. Warrington WA1 3RS. The licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on at the premises are:Supply of alcohol, late night refreshments and licensable activity of recorded background music. Operating Hours submitted are: Sunday to Thursday - 12noon to 23.00 Friday and Saturday - 12noon to 12am The Licensing Register of Warrington Borough Council is held at 3rd Floor, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH and, where applicable, at www.warrington.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Councils above address and, where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Warrington Borough Council to be received at their above address by no later than 4th November 2019. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
