RULES 2016 NOTICE TO SUBMIT CLAIMS UNDER R14.4
Notice is hereby given that creditors of the Company are required, on or before 20 November 2019, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to the Joint Liquidator at Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, lvybridge, Devon, PL21 9AE. If so required by notice from the Joint Liquidator, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.
A former subsidiary of the Company, Card Bar Limited, previously traded card and gift shops at various locations in the South West. Card Bar Ltd subsequently went into Compulsory Liquidation on 8 February 2016. Guarantees may have been provided by the Company to creditors of Card Bar Ltd. Such creditors may be entitled to prove against the Company for dividend purposes.
