ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY CLOSING OF FOOTPATH BUSHEY 3

NOTICE is given thatthe Hertfordshire County Council have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit pedestrians from using thatlength of Footpath Bushey 3, at junction of footpaths 2and 3, for an approximate distance of 30 metres.
Alternative route: via FP2, FP66, Park Close, Park Avenue and Bushey Mill Lane
The purpose of the Order is to enable bridge works to take place.
The section of Footpath will be closed on or after 30th September 2019
for up to 6months, when signs are in place.

NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access:-
1. thatlength of A4178 Cassio Road, Watford from its junction with Market Street north westwards to its junction with Whippendell Road, adistance of approximately 207 metres.

An alternative route will be via A4178 (Merton Road/Wiggenhall Road/ Deacons Hill), A4125 EastburyRoad, A411 (Lower High Street/Dalton Way/Waterfields Way/Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), A412 (St Albans Road/Rickmansworth Road) and A4178 Cassio Road or via A4178 Cassio Road, A412 (Rickmansworth Road/St Albans Road), A411 (Beechen Grove/Waterfields Way/Lower High Street), A4125 EastburyRoad and A4178 (Deacons Hill/Wiggenhall Road/Farraline Road/ Fearnley Street/The Hornets/Merton Road).

An alternative route will be via A4178 (Wiggenhall Road/Deacons Hill), A4125 EastburyRoad, A411 (Lower High Street/Dalton Way/Waterfields Way/Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/Beechen Grove), A412 (St Albans Road/Rickmansworth Road, Hagden Lane and A4145 (Hagden Lane/ Vicarage Road).
3. thatlengthofHarwoods Road, Watford from its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road south eastwards to its junction with Whippendell Road, adistance of approximately 401 metres.

An alternative route will be via A412 Rickmansworth Road, Hagden Lane, Queens Avenue and Whippendell Road.
4. thatlengthofHarwoods Road, Watford from its junction with Whippendell Road south eastwards to its junction with A4145 Vicarage Road, adistance of approximately 405 metres.

An alternative route will be via Whippendell Road, Queens Avenue and A4145 (Hagden Lane/Vicarage Road).
5. thatlengthofNascot Wood Road, Watford from its junction with Langley Road north eastwards and north westwards to its junction with Tunnel Wood Road, adistance of approximately 625 metres.

An alternative route will be via Langley Road, A411 Hempstead Road, Ridge Lane and Nascot Wood Road.
6. thatlength of Marlborough Road, Watford from its junction with A411 Exchange Road south westwards, north westwards and south westwards to its junction with A4178 Cassio Road, adistance of approximately 208 metres.

An alternative route will be via A411 Exchange Road, Upton Road and A4178 Cassio Road.
7. thatlength of A4178 Merton Road, Watford from its junction with A4145 Vicarage Road north westwards to its junction with Market Street, adistance of approximately 170 metres.

An alternative route will be via A4178 Farraline Road, A4145 (Vicarage Road/Hagden Lane), Hagden Lane, A412 (Rickmansworth Road/St Albans Road), the A411 Beechen Grove roundabout, A412 (St Albans Road/ Rickmansworth Road) and A4178 Cassio Road or via A4178 Cassio Road, A412 (Rickmansworth Road/St Albans Road), A411 (Beechen Grove/ Waterfields Way/Lower High Street), A4125 EastburyRoad and A4178 (Deacons Hill/Wiggenhall Road).
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of Garston Lane, Watford from its junction with A412 St Albans Road south eastwards to its junction with Felden Close ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 120 metres, except for access.
An alternative route will be via A412 St Albans Road, A405 North Orbital Road, A41 (North Western Avenue/North Western Avenue Colne Way), Westlea Avenue, Meriden Way, York Way, The Gossamers and Garston Lane.
The Order is needed because utility connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 October 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using thatlength of High Street, Rickmansworth from its junction with Church Street north westwards to its junction with Station Road ("the Road"), adistance of approximately 192 metres, except for access.
An alternative route will be via Church Street, A404 Riverside Drive, Wensum Wayand High Street.
The Order is needed because water main connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 14 October 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicles from waiting, loading and unloading at anytime on both sides of the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-
1. thatlength of CassioburyPark Avenue, Watford from its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road north westwards to its junction with Gade Avenue, adistance of approximately 1014 metres.

2. thatlength of Coningesby Drive, Watford from its junction with Langley Waynorth westwards for its entire length.

3. thatlength of Gade Avenue, Watford from its junction with A412 Rickmansworth Road north westwards and north eastwards for its entire length.

4. thatlength of Langley Way, Watford from its junction with the CassioburyDrive roundabout south westwards to its junction with Parkside Drive, adistance of approximately 379 metres.

Avenue north westwards and clockwise for its entire length. The Order is needed to ensure public safety and prevent traffic congestion for the duration of the 'CassioburyPark Fireworks Display'. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 2November 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. NOTICE is given thatHertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at anytime on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. thatlength of Beacon Way, Rickmansworth from its junction with Tudor Waynorth westwards and north eastwards to its junction with Highfield Way, adistance of approximately 780 metres.

An alternative route will be via Tudor Way, BerryLane and Highfield Way.
2. thatlength of Grove Road, Mill End from its junction with A412 Uxbridge Road north westwards to its junction with Springwell Avenue, adistance of approximately 183 metres.

An alternative route will be via A412 Uxbridge Road, Church Lane and Springwell Avenue.
3. the service road fronting Nos.34-86 Hazelwood Lane, Abbots Langley from its westernmost junction with Hazelwood Lane north eastwards and south eastwards to its easternmost junction with Hazelwood Lane, adistance of approximately 223 metres.

An alternative route will be via Hazelwood Lane.
4. thatlength of Hill Farm Avenue, Abbots Langley from its junction with Langley Lane south eastwards, north eastwards and southwards for adistance of approximately 150 metres.

There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 28 October 2019 for aperiod of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
