NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND

Land to the South of 7 Rydal Road, Darlington

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Darlington Borough Council intends to dispose of an area of land presently held as public open space in the vicinity of 7 Rydal Road, Darlington.

The disposal of 55 square metres of land will be byway of freehold transfer

A plan showing the area to be disposed edged red may be inspected during office hours at Darlington Borough Council, Legal Services, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT

Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing to the Assistant Director, Law and Governance, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT no later than close of business on 28th October 2019.
