NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that WM FOODS LTD has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Premises: Tarabulus, 144 Old Christchurch Rd, Bournemouth Bh1 1Nl The proposed variation is: Late Night Refreshment 2300hrs - 0400hrs on Tuesday, Friday & Saturday.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. Representations must be received no later than 31/03/15. The Application Record and Register can be viewed between 0900hrs and 1600hrs Monday to Friday at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
