NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Tracy Kudiratu Morenike Lawal deceased of 4 Sheldon House 28 Falmouth Avenue Chingford London E4 9QS who died on 29/07/2019 is required to send written particulars thereof to the undernamed Solicitors no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this Notice, after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the Estate to those entitled having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
