LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Elysian Stanmore Site Ltd has applied to London Borough of Harrow on 2 October 2019 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Elysian Residences, Landsby Apartments, Merrion Avenue, Stanmore, HA7 4RY for the provision of regulated entertainment (Films) Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 00:00 and the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 11:00 (unrestricted for residents and their bona fide guests); as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing, Harrow Council, PO Box 18, Civic Centre, Station Road, Harrow, HA1 2XY to be received by no later than 30 October 2019 stating the grounds for making said representation. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
