BURLEIGH PARADE, BURLEIGH GARDENS N14 -TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential footway works on Burleigh Parade, Burleigh Gardens N14, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Enfield (Burleigh Parade, Burleigh Gardens N14) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2019 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.



2. The effect of the Order would be to prohibit traffic from waiting and loading on Burleigh Parade, Burleigh Gardens N14, from the south west flank wall of No.20 Ashfield Parade westward for a distance of approximately 50 metres on both the eastern and western sides, as and when directed by signage.



3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above will not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services vehicles.



4. The prohibitions will come into operation on 14 October 2019, between the hours of 8am-6pm and will continue in force for 4 weeks or until works are completed.
