In the estate of JOHN WILLIAM FRANCIS CORNWELL Dec'd Notice is hereby given pursuant to S27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against the estate of John William Francis Cornwell who died on 9th January 2019 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim to the undersigned Solicitors before the 12th December 2019 after which date they will distribute the estate to persons entitled having regard only to the claims which they have had notice and will not be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have notice.
