3RB ("the Company"), craving the
court inter alia that the Company be
wound up and that James Stephen
and Francis Graham Newton,
Insolvency Practitioners of BDO LLP,
4 Atlantic Quay, 70 York Street,
Glasgow, G2 8JX, be appointed Joint
Interim Liquidators; in which petition
the Sheriff at Dumbarton by interlocutor
dated 24 September 2019
ordained all persons having an interest
to lodge Answers with the Sheriff
Clerk at Dumbarton within 8 days of
intimation, service or advertisement;
all of which notice is hereby given.
