Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of FRANCIS GEORGE WARREN late of 133 Eversley Road Benfleet in the County of Essex SS7 4LF who died on the 03rd June 2019 whose Will was proved by Rachel Elizabeth Liebeschuetz the Executor therein named on the 24th day of September 2019, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before the 13th day of December 2019 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
