Proposed Drainage Works Notice – Land at Worsall Road, off Allerton Balk, Yarm-on-Tees, TS15 9EF

Yarm Estates Ltd give notice of the intention to construct a new foul water drain along this section of unadopted highway. Legal enquiries confirmed that the land is unregistered. The works include construction of approx 50m of 225mm diameter foul water drain and manholes over the unregistered land which is situated adjacent to the junction of Worsall Road and Allerton Balk on the B1265 and is a continuation of Worsall Road in a westerly direction. Works are programmed to commence in late Spring 2015 and take 4 weeks approx.
