Notice is hereby given that Troy Kingsley Samuels and Ras Tafani Samuels applied to Dudley metropolitan Borough council to use the premises at 876 Lounge 70 High Street Dudley DY1 1PY. A restaurant and bar with the proposal to licence these premises for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises and recorded music to be played.
