LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Hexagon of Highgate Ltd has applied to Barnet Council on 30th September 2019 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Hexagon, 82-92 Great North Road, London N2 0NL for the provision of late night refreshment 23:00 – 00:00 Friday and Saturday, and the sale by retail of alcohol 10:00 – 23:00 Sunday to Thursday, and 10:00 – 00:00 Friday and Saturday, plus nonstandard hours; all as more particularly set out in the application and plans attached thereto. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Barnet Council, Community Protection (Regulation) Licensing Team, 8th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW; email: licensingadmin@barnet.gov.uk, to be received by no later than 29th October 2019 stating the grounds for making said representation. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
