Notice is hereby given that, Stanley Events Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as RIVERSIDE PARK, CHESTER LE STREET, CO DURHAM, DH3 3SJ for a Premises Licence for up to 5 events per year to permit the following proposed licensable activities:- To provide the sale of alcohol and provision of live & recorded music between the hours of 10.00 to 23.30 Friday to Sunday inclusive. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS between Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm by appointment. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
