HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL
(A4110 KINGSLAND) (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2019
Notice is hereby given that the County of Herefordshire District Council, known as
Herefordshire Council, in exercise of its enabling powers under section 84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made the above named order the effect of which is as follows: To impose a 40 mph speed limit on the following length of road; A4110 at Kingsland between a point 492 metres north west of its junction with the B4360 North Road and a point 95 metres north of its junction with the C1037 Hostel Lane. This Order will come into operation on 4 October 2019

in the Introduced Traffic Regulation Order section. They are also available for inspection during normal office hours at the Council Offices, Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 OLE and at Leominster Customer Service Centre, The Library, 8 Buttercross, Leominster. Photocopies of the same may be provided on payment of photocopying charges at the Council.
