GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY CLOSURE 407217 PATERSON ROAD (CIRENCESTER TOWN) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to
temporarily close part of the 407217 Paterson Road
including the footway from its junction with 407216 Golden
Farm Road to outside the property known as 45 Paterson
Road for a distance of approximately 100 metres.
The reason for the closure is for the widening of the carriageway
and footway for the construction of new homes.
The road is expected to be closed on 7th October 2019 until
2nd March 2020 or until the works have been completed. For

Alternative Route - as signed on site
Emergency access to premises on or next to the road will
be maintained. However, pedestrian access will not be
maintained as the old footway will be within the building site.
