Notice is hereby given that Grill 66 Fusion has applied in respect of the Grill 66 Fusion, 66 Barrack St, Colchester CO1 2LS, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for Alcohol to be sold and served in an Indian restaurant between the hours of 12.00pm to 12.00am Monday to Sunday. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 02/10/2019, to the Licensing Manager, Colchester Borough Council, Licensing Authority, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 2WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected online at www.colchester.gov.uk and between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council at Rowan House, Colchester. It is an offence on Summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
