NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 84 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Orders would be to:-
4; (ii) from a point 1 m south east of the party wall of Nos. 24 & 26 south eastwards to the party wall of Nos. 40 & 42; (ili) from a point 1 m west of the common boundary of Nos. 74 & 76 eastwards to a point 4m east of the common boundary of Nos. 86 & 88; (iv) from a point 4m east of the party wall of Nos. 96 & 98 eastwards to the common
wall of Nos. 68 & 70 eastwards for a distance of 9m (2 parking spaces); (ix) from a point 2m west of the party wall of Nos. 72 & 74 eastwards to a point 4m east of the party wall of Nos. 88 & 90 (6 parking spaces); (x) from a point 5m east of the common boundary of Nos. 90 & 92 eastwards for a distance of 9m (2 parking spaces); (xi) from a point 5m west of the party wall of Nos. 96 & 98 eastwards for a distance of 9m (2 parking spaces).
20MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE Kent House Area, Beckenham including:-ALDERSMEAD ROAD, Beckenham, from the southern kerbline of Lennard Road south westwards to the north eastern kerbline of Kings Hall Road.
DENSOLE CLOSE, Beckenham, from the southern kerbline of Kent House Road southwards to its extremity.
EASTWELL CLOSE, Beckenham, from the northern kerbline of Kent House Road northwards to its extremity.
KENT HOUSE ROAD, Beckenham, from a point 45m north east of the north eastern kerbline of High Street, Penge north eastwards to the party wall of Nos. 260 & 262.
KENT HOUSE STATION APPROACH, Beckenham, from the south western kerbline of Kings Hall Road south westwards to its extremity.
KINGS HALL ROAD, Beckenham, from the south eastern kerbline of Kent House Road south eastwards to a point 4m east of the common boundary of Nos. 82 & 84.
LENNARD ROAD, Beckenham, from a point 30m west of the north western kerbline of Reddons Road eastwards to a point 2m east of the common boundary of Nos. 179 & 181. PARISH LANE, Beckenham, from the north western kerbline of Kent House Road north westwards to the party wall of Nos. 96 & 97.
REDDONS ROAD, Beckenham, from the southern kerbline of Lennard Road south westwards to the north eastern kerbline of Kings Hall Road. RINGWOLD CLOSE, Beckenham, from the north western kerbline of Aldersmead Road north westwards to its extremity. ZEBRA PEDESTRIAN CROSSING KINGS HALL ROAD, Beckenham near its junction with Kent House Station Approach outside No. 35.

(a) introduce/extend waiting restrictions as set out in the Schedule to this notice;
(b) introduce free parking places as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
(c) introduce a 20mph speed limit zone as specified in the Schedule to this notice.
Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained in the original Orders.
FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Council proposes to install a new zebra crossing as specified in the Schedule to this notice under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
A copy of the proposed orders, of the plans of the schemes and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment and Public Protection, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)/RP/T100/675 not later than 23" October 2019.
Persons objecting to the proposed orders should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.
