NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I Pararajasingham Sukeerathan hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of 181, Western Road, Billericay, Essex.CM12 9JD.

The proposed licensable activity is sale of alcoholic products for consumption off the premises Monday to Sundays 08.00 to 23.00 hrs.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the licensing authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent to The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, St Martins Square, Basildon, Essex. SS14 1DL.A record of the application and the statuary register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office, address given above, by appointment between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000).
