Notice is hereby given that we, Food Pit Durham Ltd, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as THE FOOD PIT, UNIT 19 RIVERWALK, DURHAM. DH1 4SL for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: - The sale by retail of alcohol (on sales only) from 11:30 - 23:00 Monday to Thursday, 11:30 - 00:00 Friday & Saturday and 11:30 - 22:30 Sunday, live music (indoors) from 19:00 - 22:30 Monday to Saturday and 19:00 - 21:30 Sunday, recorded music (indoors) from 10:00 - 22:30 Monday to Sunday and anything similar from 17:00 - 22:30 Monday to Sunday. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
