Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant.

Proposed development at 292 – 298 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5RU for Erection of mixed development with potential for Retail (Class 1), Food and Drink (Class 3), Business (Class 4), Hotel (Class 7), Houses (Class 9), flats (Sui Generis) and ancillary works.

A public meeting will be held at St Columba’s Gaelic Church, 300 St Vincent Street, G2 between 2pm – 7pm on 9th October 2019. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
