Map and Statement Modification Order 2016 On 13 September 2019, the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed as made the above Order made under Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The above Order made on 28 November 2016 modifies the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the footpath from OSGR Su 1875-3655 at its junction with High Street, Porton, leading north-north-west for approx 28m and then generally north-west through Bourne Close for approx. 76m to OSGR SU 1870-3664, at its junction with the recreation ground, having a width of 1.46m on that section between OSGR SU 1875-3655 and OSGR SU 1872-3661 and 3.15m on that section between OSGR SU 1872-3661 and OSGR SU 1870-3664. A copy of the Order and map may be seen free of charge at the Rights of Way and Countryside Section, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. Copies may be bought there for £5. The Order becomes operative as from 13 September 2019, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity on the ground that it is not within the powers of Section 53 or that any of the requirements of Schedule 15 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 have not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may within 42 days from 26 September 2019 make an application under paragraph 12(1) of Schedule 15 of the 1981 Act, to the

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all users: Footpath 74 (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Shady Bower for a distance of approximately 48 metres in a westerly direction to enable Construction works relating to a new nursing home. Planning reference 18/06366/FUL. Alternative routes: via Footpath 74 Salisbury (unaffected length) - Westbourne Close - Manor Farm Road and vice versa. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: A27 (Part), Whiteparish; from property known as Brickworth Cottage for a distance of approximately 1,705 metres in an easterly direction to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway and associated maintenance works. Alternative route: via A27 (unaffected length) - A36 -A3090 and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 12 June 2019 will now recommence on 03 October 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 until 04 October 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. from property known as Faulston Down Farm for a distance ofapproximately 1,918 metres in a south westerly direction to enable Eurovia to carry out carriageway patching, reconstruction, surface dressing, road markings and associated works. Alternative route: via A354 (unaffected length) - A350 -A31 - A338 - A354 (unaffected length) and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 20 March 2019 will now recommence on 03 October 2019 until 04 October 2019.
