An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by The Culture Collective Ltd in respect of Lydiard Park, Tregoze, Swindon, SN5 3PA
The application seeks the following licensable activities and times:
Live music from 1100 till 0000 Saturday and Sunday.

Recorded music from 1100 till 0000 Saturday and Sunday.

Performances of dance from 1100 till 0000 Saturday and Sunday.

Late night refreshments from 2300 till 0000 Saturday and Sunday.

Supply of alcohol from 1100 till 0000 Saturday and Sunday.

The licence application authorising licensable activities is time limited for two consecutive days per year, only.
The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday.
Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/ businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 18th September 2019 and 16th October 2019. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
