Notice is hereby given that we, Coundon Working Mens Club, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as COUNDON WORKING MENS CLUB CRESCENT VIEW COUNDON BISHOP AUCKLAND DL14 8PG To vary a Club Premises Certificate to change the timings for the following licensable activities: Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance, Anything of a similar description for the hours of 09:00hrs to 00:00hrs Monday to Sunday inclusive. The supply of alcohol for the hours 09:00hrs to 00:00hrs Monday to Sunday. Christmas Eve and New Years Eve 09:00 - 01:00 The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS between Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm by appointment. Telephone: 03000 261016. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to this application. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
