BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(BILLINGBEAR LANE, BINFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2019 Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council Intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, In accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along: a) Billlngbear Lane, Binfleld The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (a) of this Order will be via Church Hill, Carters Hill, Billingbear Lane or by this route reversed.
The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety during water works to renew and resite a stopcock.
The Order came into operation on the 07th October 2019 and Its maximum duration will be 6 months. It Is currently planned that the closure will be in place between the 07th October & 09th October 2019. The closure will be in place 24/7. This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed In the road. Dated 18th September 2019 Andrew Hunter
