BLACKBANK STREET & HEREFORD STREET -
TEMPORARY NO WAITING
The Council has made an order, being operative
from 2 October 2019, to introduce No Waiting At
Any Time restrictions as follows:
Blackbank Street - both sides from Hereford St for
90m in a westerly direction.
Hereford Street - both sides for its entire length.
The order is necessary to facilitate construction
works and will cease to have effect 18 months
from its operative date or on completion of the
works whichever first occurs.
