Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(Footpaths OM-694, OM-695, OM-710 and OM-725, Ombersley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2019
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 14 March 2019 the effect of which is to close that part of Footpaths OM-694, OM-695, OM-710 and OM-725, Ombersley for their entire lengths, which was due to expire on 30 September 2019 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 1 April 2020 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.
TheOrder has been made to facilitate constructions works for residential dwellings. Alternative routes:- Footpaths OM-693, A4133 Ombersley, Footpath OM-724 and vice versa.
(C2164 Stoke Road, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2164 Stoke Road from its junction with Newton Road to its junction with Warwick Avenue. Reason: Footway widening, bollards installation and dropped crossings. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2164 Stoke Road, B4184 New Road, Clive Road, Old Station Road, Warwick Avenue and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 42 days Commencing: 21 October 2019.
(A448 Kidderminster Road, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Proposed Order: to close that part of A448 Kidderminster Road from its junction with Church Lane to its junction with Willow Road. Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Order made: to close that part of Lickey Rock from its junction with B4096 Old
Birmingham Road to itsjunction with U21513 Greenfield Avenue.
Reason: Drainage Work/Flood Alleviation.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U21512 Lickey Road, C2151 Linehouse Lane, B4096 Old Birmingham Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 30 September 2019.
(U40200 Chatley Lane, Ombersley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Order made: to close thatpartofU40200ChatleyLane from its junction with C2086 Hawford to Hadley Heath Road to its junction with U40201 Bournehouse Lane. Reason: Replace/Renew Manhole Cover/Frame.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U40201 Bournehouse Lane, C2138 Hadley Heath, C2086 Hadley Heath to Ladywood, C2086 Hawford to HadleyHeath Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing:

(Central Road, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019
Order made: to close that part of Central Road from its junction with North Road
to its junction with West Road.
Reason: Water Leak/Burst Main.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Clockwise: North Road & East Road; Anti Clockwise: East Road & North Road.

Order made: to close that part of Priory Road from itsjunction with Fockbury Road
to its junction with Church Road.
Reason: Drainage Work/Flood Alleviation.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Fockbury Road, Alfreds Well, Nibletts Hill, Warbage Lane, Priory Road and vice versa.

(C2151 Linehouse Lane, Lickey End)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Proposed Order: to close that part ofC2151 Linehouse Lane from its junction with B4096 Old Birmingham Road to its junction with U21512 Lickey Rock Reason: Footway Construction Works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
