ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1)
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER
Chalgrove, Chapel Lane Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 23 September 2019 Coming into force: 27 September 2019 This Order is being introduced because of main sewer works which are anticipated to take 3 weeks to complete. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the section of Chapel Lane near High Street. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Fairfax Road, Monument Road & High Street and vice-versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner (Ref: T6962/MR)

Brightwell cum Sotwell, Didcot Road Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 7 October 2019
Coming into force: 14 October 2019 This Order is being introduced because of water main connection work which is anticipated to be completed on 25 October 2019. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the whole length of Didcot Road. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via West End-Church Lane-High Road-A4130 and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref: T6943/RAG)
Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Sutton Courtenay Bridleway 373/27 Closure Date of Order: 23 September 2019 Coming into force: 30 September 2019 This Order is being introduced because of the removal of a redundant underground discharge pipe which is anticipated to be completed on 28 October. The effect of the Order is to close temporarily Bridleway 373/27 which runs north of Frilsham Street. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for pedestrian access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of bridleway Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force.
The alternative route for those affected is via the eastern parallel footpath northwards from Hobbyhorse lane. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner (Ref: T6995/RAG)
