(Rowney Green Lane, Alvechurch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Proposed Order: to close that part of Rowney Green Lane from its junction with C2034 The Holloway for a distance of 145 metres in a north easterly direction. Reason: New/Replacement Gas Main.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2034 Rowney Green Lane, C2001 Radford Road, C2001 The Square, C2291 Swan Street, C2291 Redditch Road, C2034 The Holloway, C2034 Rowney Green Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 21 October 2019.

(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2019 [Prohibition of Waiting on Barkers Lane, Wythall]

On 12 September 2019 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect ofwhich will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Wythall: - Barkers Lane (north side) from a point 36.8 metres east of its junction with A435 for a distance of29 metres in an easterly direction; (south side) from a point 36.8 metres east of its junction with A435 for a distance of 26 metres in an easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 3 October 2019.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement ofReasons for making the Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

(Salt Way, Hanbury )(Temporary Closure) Order 2019

Proposed Order: to close that part of Salt Way from its junction with Junction with B4090 Droitwich Road to itsjunction with Junction with Loggerheads Lane Reason: Duct Clearance

Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: SaltWay, B4090 Droitwich Road, and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing:

21 October 2019.



(C2038 Atwood Lane, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2038 Atwood Lane from its junction with

Crofts Lane to its junction with PriestMeadow Close.

Reason: New Customer Connection.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative Route: C2038 Atwood Lane, C2038 High Street, B4090 Alcester Road,

B4090 The Saltway, B4090 Salt Way, B4092 Edgioake Lane, A441 Evesham Road, C2038 Church Road, C2038 Atwood Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing:

22 October 2019.



(Dumble Pit Lane, Beoley)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Proposed Order: to close that part ofDumble Pit Lane from its junction with A435 Alcester Road northbound to its junction with The Lawns (Private Road). Reason: Carriageway Patching.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative routes: Northbound - A435 Alcester Road, C2042 Watery Lane and Dumble Pit Lane. Southbound - A435 Alcester Road, A435 Alcester junction M42 Roundabout and A435 Alcester Road.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing:

21 October 2019.

(B4101 Dagnell End Road, Alvechurch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019 Order made: to close that part of B4101 Dagnell End Road from its junction with A441 Birmingham Road to itsjunction with C2044 Icknield Street. Reason: Carriageway Patching.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Diversion 1: B4497 Icknield Street, B4497 Paper Mill Drive, A4023 Coventry Highway at B4497 Junction, A4023 Coventry Highway, A441 Alvechurch Highway, A441 Birmingham Road; Diversion 2: A441 Birmingham Road, A441 Alvechurch Highway, A4023 Coventry Highway, B4497 Paper Mill Drive, B4497 Icknield Street.

Order made: to close that part of Mynors Crescent from its junction with U23458

ShawhurstLane to its junction with Woodrush Drive.

Reason: New Customer Water Connection
