PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AT CADOC CLOSE

Monmouthshire County Council hereby gives notice that it intends to dispose of land amounting to 83sq m in area situated at the rear of Cadoc Close, Caerwent. The land to be sold forms part of the above public open space. Any person wishing to object to the disposal of this land should write to the Estates Department, Monmouthshire County Council, County Hall, Usk, NP15 1GA by Monday 21st October 2019.

Mae Cyngor Sir Fynwy yn rhoi rhybudd ei fod yn bwriadu cael gwared ar dir sy'n gyfanswm o 83 metr sgwar mewn ardal y tu 6l i Cadoc Close, Caerwent. Mae'r tir sydd i'w werthu yn rhan o'r man agored cyhoeddus uchod. Dylai unrhyw berson sy'n dymuno gwrthwynebu gwaredu'r tir hwn ysgrifennu at yr Adran Ystadau, Cyngor Sir Fynwy, Neuadd y Sir, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA erbyn Dydd Llun 21ain Hydref 2019.
