An Appeal has been lodged with the Traffic Commissioner for Scotland under Section 18 of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 against the Taxi Farescales proposed by West Dunbartonshire Council. In accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Licensing and Regulation of Taxis (Appeals in Respect of Taxi Fares) (Scotland) Order 1985, the Traffic Commissioner HEREBY GIVES NOTICE of her decision to proceed with a PRELIMINARY HEARING on Thursday 10 October 2019 at 2:00pm in the Council Chambers, Clydebank Town Hall, Dumbarton Road, Clydebank, G81 1UE
